There is an established entrance to the proposed site which is directly opposite the entrance to Castle Head.

The application also reveals plans to expand the number of car parking spaces at the site from five to 12.

The planning statement reads: “Due to the success of the current five pitches used by the Caravan and Motorhome Club since 2020 the applicant is seeking approval to increase the pitches to 12.

“The proposal will include a permanent access road within the site and hardstanding’s for each pitch. Each hardstanding will be located a minimum of 6.0m between each other and each will have a parking space. The site has established mature screening to all sides and the scheme has been designed not to disturb any of the existing trees, bushes and hedges. Additional tree planting is proposed between each bay.”
