INSPIRING people from across Cumbria were the flavour of the evening at a special awards night, celebrating all the best about the county. 

Hundreds came together at Energus in Workington on Thursday, June 15 at this years Newsquest Pride of Cumbria Awards 2023.

The awards are a celebration of the best that Cumbria has to offer, recongnising the many unsung heroes of our wonderful county from all walks of life.

Joint headline sponsors GSK and NRL were 'incredibly proud' to see all the wonderful winners at the event.

NRL Director Rebecca Graves said: “We are incredibly proud to headline sponsor the Pride of Cumbria Awards each year.
