A VIDEO has captured the bizarre moment a man brought a pony into a pub ahead of the Appleby Horse Fair.
Stunned drinkers watched on as the man, thought to be a traveller, trotted a pony into a pub ahead of Europe's largest horse fair.
The footage, captured at the Crown and Cushion Pub in Appleby, shows a white pony being trotted through the entrance and into a bar area filled with drinkers.
Someone can be heard shouting: 'You can't have it in here' on the video.
The pub declined to comment when approached by this newspaper.
