POLICE expect travel delays following an emergency incident.
Cumbria Police reported that the incident took place at A591 Lake Road, in Windermere between New Yacht Quay landing stages and The Samling Hotel.
A spokersperson for Cumbria Police said: "Emergency services are at scene.
"Please avoid the area."
