A 20-YEAR-OLD is due to appear in court charged with drug offences.
Declan Hughes, of Station Lodge, High Street, Windermere, is said to have been in possession of cocaine - a class A drug - and Class B drug cannabis on February 13 in Kendal.
Hughes is expected before magistrates in Barrow on June 5.
