A 30-YEAR-OLD man is due to appear in court.
Thomas Broomby, of The Croft, is accused of driving a BMW on Windermere Road while over the drug-drive limit for Benzoylecgonine.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on January 22 in Kendal.
Broomby is expected before magistrates in Barrow on May 17 for a plea hearing.
