A MAN accused of drug driving is set to enter a plea.
31-year-old Benjamin Pearce, of Abbey Farm, St Bees, is said to have on February 11 on the A65 at Kirkby Lonsdale, driven an Alfa Romeo while over the limit for cannabis derivative Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.
He is expected to plead guilty or not guilty to the offence on May 17.
