A MAN who drove an Aston Martin while over the limit has been handed a driving ban by magistrates.
Liam Ashley Mayes, of Dallam Drive, Sandside, admitted driving while over the alcohol limit in Milnthorpe on March 29.
When he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on May 2, he was disqualified from driving for 18 months reduced by 18 weeks upon completion of a driving course.
The 43-year-old was also fined £530 and was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £212 surcharge.
