BURNESIDE residents can expect disruption next week.
It comes as James Cropper PLC will be having a crane and abnormal load come to its Burneside Mills site.
A police escort will also be on-site on April 29.
In a letter, the company's engineering project manager, Paul Waiting, explains that the vehicles require a large turning circle, impacting the road at the bottom of Hollins Lane and along Hall Road.
The firm has asked residents and visitors do not park in that area between 06-08 am on the Saturday morning.
Cones put out by police will mark the affected area.
Anyone with concerns is encouraged to contact Paul at paul.waitingr@cropper.com or Paula Butler on 01539722002.
The letter thanks residents for their cooperation and apologizes for any disruption caused.
The family-led papermaking company has been operational since 1845 and is driven by its purpose to 'pioneer materials that will safeguard our global future'.
