A MAN is due to enter his plea after being accused of four motoring charges, including failure to report an accident.
Chay Searston of Rotherham has been charged with four motoring offences relating to an incident at Ulverston, namely on the A5084, on November 26, 2022.
The 26-year-old is charged with driving a vehicle, namely a black BMW, without due care and attention.
It is also said that Mr Searston used said vehicle to drive on a road without third party insurance.
He is also accused of driving the vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.
He faces a final charge of being the driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident and failing to report it. He is said to have damaged a wall.
He will enter his plea at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Monday, February 20.
