A KENDAL man is due to appear in court charged with drug possession and failing to provide a blood sample.
Jacob Johnson, of Whinfell Drive, is said to have been in possession of the Class-A drug MDMA on October 31 in Kendal.
The 27-year-old is further charged with failing to provide a blood specimen when suspected of driving a vehicle.
The incident is alleged to have happened on October 30.
Mr Johnson is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court tomorrow charged with the offences.
