A world-famous Yorkshire Dales creamery has announced a festive programme of events, as well as an all-new visitor attraction.
Wensleydale Creamery, in Hawes, home of the eponymous cheese, is inviting customers to enjoy a range of activities at its popular Visitor Centre at the western edge of the bustling town.
From Cookery Demonstrations to Meet the Maker events, Build Your Own Hamper to delicious seasonal dishes in their 1897 Coffee Shop, Wensleydale Creamery has you covered this Christmas.
Join a host of local artisans for weekly Meet the Maker events each Wednesday in the run-up to Christmas or learn how to make one of the Creamery's most popular dishes during live cookery demonstrations every Thursday, where you can also learn more about the Creamery's heritage and watch their master cheesemakers at work.
Visit the new 'A Taste of Yorkshire' room - open 7 days a week, visitors will be able to sample the range of award-winning cheeses and learn what local accompaniments perfectly pair with them.
From November 21, the Creamery's 1897 Coffee Shop will also launch its Christmas Specials menu, featuring a whole host of delicious, festive dishes to choose from including roast turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce sandwich, home-made mince pies served with brandy cream, and everyone's favourite Christmas classic - roast turkey with all the trimmings.

They will also be serving up an array of seasonal drinks such as mulled wine and Baileys hot chocolate to pair perfectly with the indulgent dishes.
