With the onset of winter soon and the rising fuel and maintenance costs, our October and December auctions are a great way to sell your vacant property, avoiding the unnecessary winter costs.
Our fourth auction back in the room has been another massive success with over 200 registered bidders by all four ways, in person, internet, proxy and telephone. Some highlights from the auction include:
- 10 Wood Bank, Common End: Guide Price £25,000+, SOLD FOR £66,000.
- Mount Royal, Carlisle: Guide Price £165,000+, SOLD FOR £202,500.
- 62 Dukeswood Road, Longtown: Guide Price £50,000+, SOLD FOR £90,000.
We are currently offering a ‘No Sale, No Fee’ route to auction, so if you have a property that you would like to enter into our next auction on Thursday, October 20, please contact the office on 01228 510552 or email cumbria@auctionhouse.co.uk
The next auction will be held at The Halston Hotel, Warwick Road, Carlisle, from noon, on Thursday, October 20.
The doors open from 11am with solicitors and auction finance teams in attendance alongside the auction house staff if you have any queries. The auction will still be ‘Live Streamed’ to accommodate internet bidding, alongside telephone or proxy bidding and of course, those who would like to attend in person.
Pre-registration for all methods will be necessary.
