Our third auction back in the room has been another massive success with over 200 registered bidders by all four ways, in person, internet, proxy and telephone. Some highlights from the auction include: Rigg Cottage in Hethersgill with a Guide Price of £135,000+, sold for £210,000, Seaton Methodist Church with a Guide Price of £60,000+, sold for £106,000 and 3 Sunny Bank, Cark in Cartmel with a Guide Price of £110,000+, sold for £164,500.

The next auction will be held at The Halston Hotel, Warwick Road, Carlisle from 12 noon, on Thursday 1st September. The doors open from 11am with solicitors and auction finance teams in attendance alongside the auction house staff if you have any queries. The auction will still be ‘Live Streamed’ to accommodate internet bidding, alongside telephone or proxy bidding and of course, those who would like to attend in person. Pre-registration for all methods will be necessary.
