A TOWN centre pantry is closing down - citing risings costs.
Harry's in the Town, at 34A Stramongate in Kendal, has announced it will be closing its doors on Friday, July 22.
The business has another shop on Shap Road which will remain open.
A Harry's in the Town spokesman said: "It is with great sadness that we have decided to close the shop after tomorrow.
"It hasn't been an easy decision but with the rising costs with electricity, food, packaging etc we are really feeling the pinch.
"We would like to thank our wonderful team that have taken care of all our fabulous customers over the past 10 months, it has been a true pleasure to work with you all.
"Harry's Pantry on Shap road will still continue and the vans will be out and about.
"Thank you all once again."
Harry's Pantry will be open between 8am and 2pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays.
