THIS year Holker Hall’s Chilli Fest will return after a ‘little revamp’.
Now branded Holker Fest, the event will have a ‘family-friendly carnival feel’.
A spokesman said: “This year sees our beloved Chilli Fest take on a little revamp and we welcome our first ever Holker Fest.
“Do not fear – the chilli eating competition will still take place at the end of the day, but Holker Fest will be our very own carnival full of family-friendly entertainment and of course packed with all our wonderful artisans selling their homemade and handcrafted wares.”
Eventgoers can expect carnival games and rides, live music, traders, plenty of food and drink, live entertainment and to finish the day - the chilli eating competition.
Advanced tickets are available from the Holker Hall website or on the day from the kiosk.
Tickets include entry into the Hall and Gardens, as well as the event.
Advanced tickets cost £6.50 and those bought on the day will be £7.50. Children under 12 go free.
The event will take place between September 3-4.
