POLICE are on the hunt for three men after £10,000 worth of stock was stolen from a store.
Cumbria Police is investigating the burglary that occurred today (May 16) at approximately 3:36am at a store on Market Street, Kirkby Stephen.
According to police, during the incident entry was forced via the front door of the shop and stock worth approximately £10,000 was taken.
It was reported that the suspects travelled from the direction of Brough in a grey Land Rover Evoque registration EX62WKC, which at the time had a space saver spare wheel fitted on the rear driver's side.
They then left the area at approximately 3:38am towards Brough.
The driver is described as male, approximately 5ft 9'', medium built, wearing a face mask, black trousers, a black jacket with grey sleeves and the hood up.
The front seat passenger is described as male, approximately 6ft 0'', stocky built, waring walking dark coloured booths, blue jeans, black jacket with the hood up and face mask.
The rear seat passenger is described as male, approximately 5'9'', slim built, wearing a grey tracksuit with the hood up and facemask.
A force spokesman said: “Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it, quoting incident number 23 of May 16, 2022. You can also phone on 101.
