FIRE engines from Carnforth and Lancashire attended the scene of a road traffic collision.
On the evening of May 9, three fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe and Carnforth fire service attended the scene of an accident that took place between Junction 32 and 33 on the M6 northbound motor.
Firefighters used holmatro equipment, a long board and lighting to release a trapped casualty.
They were at the scene for one hour.
