Police on hunt for chainsaw thieves
CHAINSAWS and a wacker plate have been stolen from a property in Crooklands.
Cumbria Police is investigating the burglary, which occurred at Millness, Crooklands, at around 4:40pm on April 19.
A force spokesman said: “Police are appealing for any witnesses or information that can help identify those involved or recover the items taken.
“Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/reportit , quoting incident number 168 of April 19. You can also phone on 101.
“Alternatively, you can contact independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
