1. Jason Manford

On February 4, Jason Manford will be performing at Kendal Leisure Centre starting at 7.30pm - 11.30pm. The show called 'Like me' is Jason's latest comic offering to hit the road. Tickets are currently on sale for £33.60.

2. Fearless Dance: Dance Brave II

Head down to The Coro, Ulverston for a special performance from Fearless dance after a long time away due to lockdown the group is back to pull out all the stops. The show takes place on February 3, starting at 7pm. Under 18s and over 65s go for £9 and general admission is £8.50.

3. Lakeland Historic Car Club

On February 5, you can join the Lakeland car club in their monthly meeting. The meeting occurs on the first Saturday of every month at the Lakeland Motor Museum and Cafe Ambio. Everyone is welcome to attend whether you're an owner or an enthusiast.

4. South Lakeland Zoo

On February 6 you can join zoo staff and find out what it means to be a vet working in a zoo. You will get a first-hand account of how the staff look after the animals and go behind the scenes in their onsite vet room. The event is free, you just need to register.

5. The Eberle String Trio

Tickets are now available for 'The Elberle String Trio' at The Heron Theatre, Beetham on Sun 6 Feb 2022 at 2:30PM. Adult tickets are £12 and under 18 tickets are £6.

6. Beginners Steam Bending

This is the perfect introduction to steam bending get all the basics, 2D and 3D bends, twisting, splitting and powered bends plus make something to take home! The class is taking place at Charlie Whinney Studio on February 5 between 10am and 5pm. Tickets are £150 or £112,50 for students.

7. The Sharon Shannon Quartet

Doors will open at 7.30pm at Brewery Arts, Kendal on February 3 for you to get the chance to see Sharon Shannon. Sharon is a musician who continues to surprise. While she is known for her arrangements of traditional Irish tunes and Irish-influenced compositions. Tickets are currently on sale for £22.50.

8. Personal History of David Copperfield

Tickets are currently available for the personal history of David Copperfield. The event will be on February 4, at The Heron Theatre, Beetham. Adult member tickets are £6, under 18 tickets are £6 and none-members can go for £7.50.

9. Furness and South Lakeland Astronomical Society

The event will be taking place at Trinity Church Centre, Barrow on February 4 between 7.30pm and 9.30pm. Anyone is welcome to join the society and they meet on the first Friday of every month.

10. Street Market

On Saturday, you can head down to the Ulverston street market and grab yourself some bargains and support independent local businesses. The market takes place every Thursday and Saturday.
