A self storage firm in Kendal is expanding to provide storage solutions tailored to small businesses.
Andrew Porter Ltd is completing an expansion with the arrival of 60 20 ft storage containers at its Mintsfeet site.
This is the first facility of its kind in Kendal.

Stephen Gregson, manager said: "Our first customers are ready to move in and seeing the containers arriving on-site has bought the last few months of hard work to life! I am sure that these will be full before we know it, and we’ll be planning our sixth and seventh expansion before we know it.”
Andrew Porter Ltd has invested in the Mintsfleet site installing a new 24/7 CCTV security system, and a 24/7 key fob access system to make it secure, safe and ready for its new customers.

Their brand new, 20 ft outdoor containers are in their secure, floodlit, concrete yard area and all have drive-up access.
They are ideal for small business owners to store stock, local tradespeople and online retailers they have already had a number of local companies reserve units before they had even arrived on site. Mintsfeet’s location also offers convenient access to the M6.
