KENDAL Mountain Festival will tour the UK with a line-up of speakers and inspirational talks.
Each tour date will be an evening of film and talks celebrating adventure from some of the most spectacular places on earth.
The audience will be guided through a curation of stories from across the globe, told by a unique collection of travellers, athletes, activists and creatives.
They say that through culturally rich, cinematically beautiful and thought provoking films to ask; what is possible in a changing world, what is beautiful, what is wild and what defines adventure?
Live on stage, each evening will feature a talk from an adventure speaker to inspire with their latest endeavours.
The evening will be hosted by the Kendal Mountain Presenting Team and there will be competitions to win prizes from the Festival and their partners.
Festival Director Steve Scott says: “This is different. We can’t wait to take Kendal Mountain Festival out on tour again. With such entertaining speakers, including some big names, our audiences are in for a treat.
"It’ll be buzzing. And with each event featuring giveaways and prize draws, it’s not just inspiration that people will be carrying home!”
Cotswold Outdoor this week confirmed they will be Presenting Partner of the Kendal Mountain Tour with the two organisations working collaboratively to share adventure stories with new audiences across the UK.
Jose Finch, Managing Director of Cotswold Outdoor, says: “We are very excited to be partnering with the Kendal Mountain Tour. At Cotswold Outdoor, we believe that the outdoors is for everyone and want to inspire people to get outside and discover all it has to offer.
"Our mission is to help our customers make the right choice, for adventure and the planet, from choosing their kit to maintaining it and disposing of it responsibly too. We hope to encourage viewers to take this approach on their next adventure."
