A COURT is due to decide whether a man can keep his driving licence after he was convicted of drug driving on the M6.
David Andrew Smith admitted that he drove with controlled drugs oxazepam and diazepam in his system.
The 37-year-old, of Ramsden Street in Barrow, committed the offence on the M6 near Preston July 11.
Preston Magistrates' Court convicted him of the charges and adjourned the case for a future hearing.
The court is due to decide whether the defendant should be banned from driving on December 2.
