A TEENAGER from Barrow is due to appear in court charged with driving a vehicle when more then three times the drink-drive limit.
It is alleged Kai Miah drove a Vauxhall Corsa with 113 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of his breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath.
It is said the offence took place in Queen Street, Ulverston.
The alleged offence occurred on October 23, 2021.
Nineteen-year-old Miah, of School Street, is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, located in Barrow, on Monday, November 8.
