AN 'AMOUNT of cash' has been found in a North Yorkshire town and handed into police.
Police said the money (Bank of England notes) was found in Settle on Friday.
"If it could be yours, please contact us on 101, quoting reference number 12210213123," said a North Yorkshire Police spokesman.
The spokesman said the cash was now at Skipton Police Station. The station is open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday.
