POLICE have launched an investigation after silver napkin rings were stolen in Storth.
Police are investigating an incident of burglary that occurred between 5pm on the August 23 and 9am on August 24 at a residential property in Paddock Way, Storth.
According to Cumbria Police six silver napkin rings were reported as stolen, and entry was forced to the property causing damage to a window.
A force spokesman said: “Anyone with any information or who is offered any jewellery or silver items under suspicious circumstances is encouraged to report online at www.cumbria.police.uk/reportit quoting log number 78 of the 24th August.
“You can also phone on 101. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
“Officers from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team are available to contact via 101 for anyone who would like further crime prevention advice.”
