Members of Rosemere Cancer Foundation’s Dallam Supporters Group are preparing to run a pop up café for those making their way around the Silverdale and Arnside Art and Craft Trail.
The pop can be found in Storth Village Hall (venue 25), which is fully accessible, over the trail weekend, from September 3 to 5 and the café will offer a range of home-made goodies – soups, bacon and sausage rolls, pulled pork buns, sandwich platters, cakes and drinks plus daily specials – to re-fuel visitors.
And all profits will go to Rosemere Cancer Foundation.
The café, which has previous appearances to support previous trails, will be open from 1 pm to 7 pm on the Friday and from 10-30 am to 4-30 pm on the Saturday and Sunday.
Rosemere Cancer Foundation works to bring cancer treatments and services to cancer patients from across south Cumbria and Lancashire being treated at Rosemere Cancer Centre, and also at another eight local hospital cancer units, including Westmorland General Hospital.
