APPEAL: £2,000 stolen from property
POLICE are investigating after £2,000 was stolen from a property during a burglary.
Cumbria Constabulary said the incident occurred between 6am and 6pm yesterday 'in the area of Red Gables in Shap'.
The force is asking anyone who saw or heard anything on the day in question which could assist the investigation to come forward.
Anyone with information can report it online at cumbria.police.uk/reportit, quoting incident number 193 of Monday, August 16, 2021.
