COMEDIAN Paul Smith will be performing in Kendal's Leisure Centre during his UK wide tour this summer.

The Liverpudlian comedy figure will be visiting the town on August 6 during his upcoming tour.

He will also be appearing at the Forum in Barrow on July 29.

During his tour he will be visiting Lancaster, Llandudno, Blackburn, Manchester, Colne, Bolton, Sheffield and others.

This will be his third largest tour during his career and will also be visiting various locations in Ireland.

Known for his mix of sharp and hilarious stories from his life with his trademark off the cuff wit, Paul has become a well known figure in the comic community.

Paul was also crowned Liverpool's New Comedian of the Year and was previously a finalist at The Leicester Comedian of the Year competition.
