THE Hawkshead Relish Company have been declared as Cumbria Business Champion at the Town and County Business Champions Awards 2021.

Tuesday July 14 at the Tara Copthorne Hotel South Kensington London, small business finalists from around the country met to see if they were to lift a gong at the inaugural Town and County Business Champions.

Heavy flash flooding and the need to socially distance did not deter from a wonderful celebratory lunch.

With a full house declared, Marina Berry welcomed the businesses and with Lights, Action and Entertainment, the audience waited with bated breath.

The awards were launched during the pandemic to allow small businesses the opportunity to compete with their neighbouring businesses to shout about their endeavours and success.

Sales Manger, Jonathan from The Hawkshead Relish company which supply speciality food outlets throughout the UK attended the awards ceremony in London on behalf of the team.
