We have a photograph of Clare Bland as she launched her Jersey ice cream shop at Abbot Lodge, Clifton near Penrith. Meanwhile Melvin Nelson was one of the farmers who benefitted from the Pentalk Scheme which helped farmers get online and become computer literate.
