The wooden beams (Above) over Yard 23 in Stramongate which leads down to Beacon Buildings.
They are part of the property which was earlier occupied by Malcolm Snaith’s Camera Centre and in which he installed a small cinema.
It is thought that the building dates from around 1546 because outwardly the front is similar in style to that of number seven a little further up the street which also carries that date.
