PROPOSALS to turn a tearoom in gallery and wellness studio has been lodged.
Earlier this month Eden District Council has received plans for the "change of use of dwelling into tea room and art gallery with an art-wellness studio" at the Lilacs, Newton Reigny, Penrith.
The applicant is listed as Kathryn Graves.
According to the application form: "The property is currently a private residence with two holiday lets.
"The proposal is to change the residence into a tearoom with art gallery with art-wellness studio.
"The holiday accommodation would be retained."
