A N artisan bakery has launched a new addition to its gluten free range.
Cake makers Ginger Bakers, based in Crook Road in Kendal, has launched a new addition to their squares gluten free handmade traybake cake range. The new addition is a cranberry, orange and white chocolate flapjack, made with cranberries, chunks of white chocolate and topped with a white chocolate drizzle.
Lisa Smith founder and owner of Ginger Bakers said: “Around 1 in 100 people suffer with coeliac disease in the UK and many more suffer with some form of gluten intolerance. So, if you need to avoid gluten due to an intolerance, allergy, or coeliac disease, then consider choosing one of the delicious products from our squares gluten free range, they’re sure to be a perfect hit.”
