A SELF-HARM charity has offered their help to anyone who may need it during the second lockdown.
With the second lockdown upon us, just a reminder that counselling charity Self-Harm Awareness For All have a free emotional support helpline – open to anyone within Cumbria who feels they could do with support.
Whether it be a mental health problem, managing a long-term condition, major life changes, loneliness, or just general anxiety.
SAFA is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of individuals who self harm and to those who support them. Their primary goal is to empower individuals to take responsibility for their own lives and we do this through non-judgmental counselling and trusting support.
Whatever the problem, SAFA trained counsellors can provide 30 min slots of support and advice. The helpline is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm on 01229 832269.
