PLANS to demolish the early 1900s three-bedroom Corner House, at Woodwell Lane in Silverdale, and replace it with a new five-bed home look set for approval.
Silverdale Parish Council and Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty have raised concerns about the scale and design of the proposals by applicant Adele Higham.
Planners are recommending the plans are approved by Lancaster City Council's planning regulatory committee, saying they would not adversely affect the AONB.
