Kendal County and Keswick will contest this season's Senior Challenge Cup final at Kendal Town after both teams picked up respective semi final victories against Milnthorpe Corinthians and Kendal United.
Kendal County travelled to play Milnthorpe Corinthians at The Strands in the local derby, with bragging rights at stake and a place in the County Cup final up for grabs it was all to play for in a game which was watched by a big crowd.
Milnthorpe opened the scoring on 12 minutes through an own goal however County equalised soon after when George Key scored.
Kendal were reduced to ten men following the dismissal of Pete Carradus and despite pressure from the home team both sides went into extra time having drawn 1-1 after 90 minutes/
However County won the game in extra time after Dan Lowther scored from the penalty spot with Kendal running out 2-1 winners.
In the other semi final Westmorland League Division One Leaders Keswick defeated West Lancashire League Division Two side Kendal United 4-0 at Fitz Park.
Keswick controlled the game before goals by Richard Bannister, Alfie West, Declan Robinson and Andy Frampton sealed an emphatic win.
In James Cropper Westmorland League Division One, goals by Robbie Ingham and Cory Robinson helped Ibis to a 2-0 victory over Kirkoswald, Shap closed their league season after seeing off Endmoor KGR 3-2. Ben Palmer scored twice while Luke Frazer was also on the score sheet.
Windermere defeated Appleby 7-3 after Joe Hodgson scored twice before goals by Steven Brown, George Feeney,Dan Birkett and Peter Booth rounded off the victory.
In the final Division One Game, Wetheriggs United defeated Castletown United 2-0.
Ben Humble scored four goals after Ibis Reserves defeated Dent 5-2 in Division Two, Greystoke and Keswick Reserves drew 3-3, while Kirkby Stephen went one point clear at the top after battling past AFC Carlisle 4-2.
Jacob Matthews hat trick edged Kendal County Reserves into the semi final of The Mason and Freeman Cup after battling past Appleby Reserves 3-2, while Matt Kennedys goal saw Kendal United progress after edging out Staveley United 1-0.
Penrith Academy are top of Division Three on goal difference following a comfortable 3-0 win at Staveley United Reserves. Connor Dorsey scored twice, while Nathan Kerr was also on the scoresheet.
Goals by Chris Ross, Mark Selby,Jordan Kenny and Luke Dalzell saw Endmoor KGR Reserves defeat Wetheriggs United Reserves 4-2, Sedbergh Wanderers Reserves drew 3-3 with Braithwaite, Langwathby United defeated Penrith Royal 2-1, while Ullswater United picked up an emphatic 4-1 victory over Lunesdale United.
