On Thursday last week voters in the United Kingdom went to the polls in a snap election called by Conservative leader Theresa May.
Mrs May had been hoping to increase her party's Parliamentary majority - a move she said would strengthen her hand in the imminent negotiations over the country leaving the European Union.
However, after what many consider a lacklustre campaign by Mrs May - and a strong campaign by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn - last Thursday's poll left the Tories with the most seats but without a majority.
They won317 seats - down 13 on the 2015 result - and the partyis currently negotiating with the DUP to form some sort of alliance to help them pass budgets and the Queen's Speech.
Mrs May is currenty planning to stay on as Conservative party leader - but is that the right decison? Have your vote above.
