This Thursday evening The Westmorland Gazette will be hosting a Question Time-style General Election debate at Kendal College.
This will be your opportunity to hear the views of the candidates from the main three political parties who are contesting the Westmorland and Lonsdale constituency.
And you will be able to follow events as they happen on the night by reading our live blog on the Gazette's website www.thewestmorlandgazette.co.uk The blog will be live from around 6.30pm on the night - the debate itself is due to begin at 7.15pm.
On stage will be Liberal Democrat Tim Farron, Conservative James Airey and Labour's Eli Aldridge.
They will be answering questions from Gazette readers on a whole range of topics that matter to people who live in this area.
