BUSINESSES are in support of an Enterprise Zone in Morecambe and Lunesdale.
Further to David Morris MP’s calls for a zone to be created in Morecambe and Lunesdale following the completion of the M6 Link Road project, Mr Morris has published the results of the consultation.

Enterprise Zones are designated areas across England that provide tax breaks and Government support.
The respondents to the consultation were 94.6 per cent in favour of a zone.The survey also highlighted that many businesses in Morecambe and Lunesdale were considering expansion, with 41.4 per cent saying this.
