PASSENGERS travelling along the West Coast Main Line experienced disruption this morning (Tuesday) after faults were detected along the line.
A short piece of track at Southwaite was replaced between 5am and 10am after faults were detected during a routine safety check on Sunday.
A coach service was put in place while the track was closed between Carlisle and Penrith.
