Firefighters attended to a gorse fire in Broughton-in-Furness
FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a report of an embankment on fire in Broughton-in-Furness last night (April 23).
The team were called at 9:12pm to attend to the fire on the A593.
Beaters and a hose reel jet were used to put out the fire, which involved around 20 by 20 metres of gorse.
