TWO more teams, Bowness B and Crosthwaite B, lost their unbeaten record in the Kendal and District League to leave only K.A. Hale A without a defeat this season.
Division One has a familiar look as both K.A. Hale A and Netherfield A beat their own B teams, 8-2, to be one and two respectively in the table, separated by five points.
Bowness A's hold on second place was for only a week as they went down 7-3 away at Abbot Hall A, to drop to third.
Levens A continued their good form in fourth place by beating Ambleside A 7-3 at home, while Holme A take over fifth from their opponents Windermere A after winning 7-3.
Crosthwaite A and Lower Holker A are still locked together at the top of Division Two, both winning 7-3 at home to Subscription A and Holme C respectively.
With the same score, Burneside A beat Levens B to retain third place but fourth, Kirkby Lonsdale failed to reproduce their home form as they lost 9-1 at Windermere B.
The big Burton green obviously posed no problems for Victoria B as they won 7-3 to lift them two places to fourth.
Division Three continues to be headed by Milnthorpe A as they won 7-3 at home against bottom team Holme D.
Endmoor A are now in sole second place thanks to an 8-2 away win at Levens C. Previous joint second, Holme B, struggled at home against Lower Holker B and only won by nine shots on the aggregate for a 6-4 verdict.
Bowness B lost their unbeaten record in Division Five, going down in style, 8-2 at Sedbergh, whose good form this season sees them in joint third.
From eight points behind Bowness B, second placed Lower Holker C are now just a single point adrift following their 9-1 home win over Milnthorpe B.
Ingleborough B obviously made full use of their big wet green to also win 9-1 against Staveley B, to move them up to joint third. Joining them are Victoria C, 7-3 home winners against Endmoor B.
In Division Five Crosthwaite B lost 9-1 away at Subscription B but retain top place by a single point from Lindale A, 7-3 home winners over Ambleside B.
There was a nail-biting finish in the first round of the Knockout Competition between Victoria A and Heversham A. With games 2-2 both at Victoria and at Heversham, the tie was decided on the aggregates, with Victoria winning by a single point.
