SNOW is affecting Newby Head Pass – on the B6255 between Ingleton and Hawes.
The snow created hazardous driving conditions but the latest information is that the road is still passable with care.

Snow has also fallen on Kirkstone Pass in the Lake District.
A yellow warning for snow was issued by the Met Office early this morning and is valid until 5pm tonight.
The forecast reads: "Some of this will be heavy and could bring accumulations of 5-10 cm on ground above 200 to 300 metres, with 1-3 cm settling to low levels in places."
A warning for ice is in place from 6pm tonight until 10am on Saturday and one for rain from 5pm on Saturday until 11.45pm Sunday.
