A YEAR after a South Lakeland town was internationally launched as England's first book town, business is booming and visitors are on the up.
It is now a year since Sedbergh gained Book Town status, and in the 12 months since becoming a bibliophile's paradise, the number of visitors to the town has jumped by a third.
