"Speakability" NW Regional Coordinator, Janet Rockliffe, will lead a 10-person team on Saturday's Keswick2Barrow 41-mile walk.
"Speakability" is the national charity for Aphasia, a condition affecting the speech and communication skills of more than a quarter of a million people in the UK who have suffered stroke, head injury or other neurological condition.
Janet, now a recognized leading campaigner, will also be meeting Cherie Blair at 10 Downing Street this week, sponsorship form at the ready.
