Jim Bentley wants Morecambe to finish their league campaign on a high in front of their own fans as a thank-you for their magnificent support.
The Shrimps are heading towards the play-offs - but captain Bentley wants to complete the Conference campaign with a win against Grays Athletic on Saturday.
"We have done really well," says the skipper. "And we want to win on Saturday.
"We are in the play-offs barring some freak results but we will not be taking our feet off the gas.
"The fans have been amazing this season and we want to give them something to shout about on Saturday."
Michael Twiss is likely to return to the squad for the first time in 11 weeks after he came through 45 minutes of a reserve match in midweek.
Twiss has missed out since damaging medial ligaments at Gravesend in February and his return is a real boost for the Shrimps ahead of the play-offs.
Garry Thompson (hamstring) may miss out while Garry Hunter could return and Wayne Curtis will face a test on his bruised foot.
It's a big game for Grays, who need a point to guarantee their Conference survival.
Their boss, the former Spurs star Justin Edinburgh, may contemplate going for broke against a side who will also be seeking a win to cement their play-off position.
Edinburgh says: "My assistant manager Jimmy Dack and I will sit down and discuss Saturday's game and plan our tactics I don't know whether to go looking for the one point or the three points."
