SAMMY McIlroy heaped praise on the recalled Craig Stanley after England's non-league skipper stormed through Saturday's game at Kidderminster.
Stanley was on top form in the 1-0 win as he came back into the side after an injury to Garry Hunter.
"I thought Stanners did tremendously well," says McIlroy. "Little Garry Hunter had a knock on Thursday. He came through what Edgey wanted him to do but I just thought if he got a knock on it at Kidderminster it would have been a risk.
"But Stanley came in and did magnificent, as did Paul Lloyd."
