Center Parcs at Whinfell Forest
THE Canadian property giant behind the takeover of Canary Wharf has won the race to buy Center Parcs including the Whinfell site near Penrith.
Brookfield Property Partners announced it had signed a deal to buy the company from US private equity firm Blackstone.
