A BARROW-in-Furness pensioner and a 49-year-old man escaped injury after their vehicles were involved in a collision this afternoon (Friday).
The incident happened at around 1.30pm at Long Lane, Dalton-in-Furness, when the elderly woman's Nissan Note veered through a fence and came to rest on a grass verge.
The man's Volkswagen Passat ended up in a field, but he was unharmed.
